Enjoy an exclusive holiday in La Villa, a picturesque village in Alta Badia, known for the famous ski slope Gran Risa, where the Alpine Ski World Cup takes place. Every December, La Villa hosts the world’s top ski athletes.

The village of La Villa is surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Dolomites – unique in the world and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the historic part of the village, you will find the ancient Ciastel Colz castle and the parish church of La Villa.

Our house, completely renovated to meet “Climate House” standards, was designed with respect for the environment and energy conservation. It is connected to a biomass district heating system, equipped with solar panels for hot water production and, more recently, photovoltaic panels for renewable electricity generation. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available.

Centrally located, our comfortable apartments offer stunning panoramic views of the Dolomite peaks and the freedom to enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

Private parking, bus stops, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, and numerous ski lifts with direct access to the slopes are all within close proximity to our house.

In summer, it’s the perfect base for a variety of hikes and excursions in the mountains of Alta Badia – Dolomites UNESCO, a land of ancient traditions and the cradle of Ladin language and culture.

Apartment LA CRUSC features one double bedroom, a living kitchen with kitchenette (including dishwasher) and the possibility of 1–2 extra beds, bathroom with shower and bidet, balcony with view of the Dolomites, Wi-Fi, TV in every room, and a safe.

Price is intended per apartment per day for a minimum sojourn of 7 days.

  • Tourist tax not included
  • Not included: laundry,  surface disinfection and ozone sanitization
  • € 60,00 for surface disinfection and ozone sanitization
  • € 7,00 for laundry per day/apartment
  • WiFi - Internet  € 20 per week/apartment
  • No smoke
  • Pets not allowed
  • For reasons of security and funktionality, apartments will be inspected daily by the operator
  • The apartments must be left tidy and clean upon departure. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of € 100.00 will be charged.
  • Down payment: 50% of the total sojourn booked
  • Check out: at 9,30 a.m.
